SEAD 6000 and 12000 warranty information


60-day money back satisfaction guarantee

All SEAD units come with a 60-day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you do not like the system for any reason, we will refund up to 90% of the total purchase price, less any return fees. You must pay for the return shipping charge and the shipping insurance. Any damage to the machine will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount of the refund is at the discretion of 5d Energetics.

 

2-year warranty on all parts and labor

Each SEAD carries a 2-year warranty on parts and labor. This warranty begins on the date of shipment. The purchaser will pay for return shipping and shipping insurance to 5d Energetics. 5d Energetics will return the unit to the manufacturer for repairs and will pay the shipping to return it to the purchaser. This warranty does not cover damage due to mishandling or misuse by the purchaser. Repairs due to mishandling will be billed at the manufacturer's rate to the purchaser.
